Title: Forum disputes and complaints resolution process.

If you wish to report abusive posts or to complain about any other aspect of this forum, please use the following process.

  • 1. Contact the moderator of the board in question via private message with details of your complaint, giving as many details as possible. If the post is on a board with no moderator, or if the issue does not pertain to a specific board, please go to step two.
  • 2. If the moderator you have contacted does not resolve the matter reasonably, contact the overall moderator of this forum, Null (http://unquietdesperation.co.uk/index.php?action=profile;u=202), by private message. He will look into your complaint and attempt to resolve it satisfactorily.
  • 3. If Null does not resolve the matter to your satisfaction - highly unlikely - contact me, the Editor (http://unquietdesperation.co.uk/index.php?action=profile;u=1) of Unquiet Desperation via private message and I will resolve the matter finally.

It should be noted that at each stage of the process board staff will do their best to look at the matter you have raised fairly. Only ask the matter to be looked at again if you are convinced this hasn't been the case.
