p.s.  i hate TV commercials that make me contemplate my own mortality, but i love poems that do the same thing.  strange, eh?

Know what you mean, Monaaaaaay. Maybe the reason is that poems make you contemplate your mortality and place in the universe, while TV ads appear to do that while really reaching into your jeans and stealing your wallet.
