i like the lighting in this, but i can't help but suspect it was an accident due to sun through a window- not that it matters as you as a photographer captured it. i also feel that this may have been more successful had it been under exposed (if you had used a film camera),, but that may just be personal preference.

well, that's not really helpful, is it now? tell the good man what's wrong with it, ey, and how you think it could be made better. i'm sure he'll be grateful.

i know nothing about photography, but i think family albums contain some of the best photography going. i like flicking through the family albums of both people i don't know and people i do. i think it's great. i also like this photograph, though because i know nothing about photography, my reaction is reduced to a mere: "i like this photograph, because i like looking at it." i will say that it looks as though you could do with a good tidy-up, though, mr willonia.
