Roger from America came to Milton Keynes
with a wish to fulfil his dreams in education,
the Open University his aim. When interviewed
for a course on English he was asked
what he thought on names.

"Do you know what yours means",
a donnish man called Don said pointin' at 'im,
"I mean as in the vernacular of England?"

To which Roger replied, "I only roll my fame-by-name
right off my tongue with pride to females willing;
you bookish men are but social intercourse,
so I'm off to begin that other kind at source
with one of them." "Does that answer your question?"
