Er...
Stonebaked sunflower and pumpkin seed loaf with black treacle is a manager's special, until the end of the week only. If you like it, tell them and they'll keep it on. I love it, so the more people who love it too, the more likely they will keep it for me to enjoy!

American supermarkets have much more choice than UK I understand...just finished a very interesting little book about the history of Heinz Beans...apparently the American recipe is different to the English one. A doctor once told me that beans on toast is one of the best meals you can have...v. high protein value.

I love beans on toast. In moderation and with spacing between the days I eat it. It's lovely and warm and filling, and I love how the toast goes slightly soggy with bean juice.

Indeed indeed. Originally known as Navy Beans because they were a favourite of seafarers...so much choice these days...Mexican...Curry...Refr ied...you tried Boston Beans ? You add bacon and molasses and bake them in t'oven..rather remarkable the entire properties change. They develop a sort of Quatermass skin. Sorta Hadron Collider beans.

That's all well for you to say young lady but I know for a fact you can't get Marmite out there...I know cos I know a gal in Wisconsin, her mother used to beg me for parcels of it.

It's savoury yeast extract...brown and gooey like congealed blood...you smear it on your toast..or anywhere really. You'd like it.

I apologise for that it was lewd crude and absolutely uncalled for. Don't know what came over me really I don't... BTW Win a family holiday for 4 to Florida with Thomas Cook with Morrisons Dreamz Meanz Heinz. Leaflets in-store now. Also Matalan.co.uk to win £1500 in a student grant. You don't need to be a student to apply. No purchase necessary, subject to terms and conditions laboriously listed in glorious smallprint in 18 points on back of leaflets. Hope I win . I can go and see Vixen.

I don't understand this topic, probably because I barely consume. I live with my parents so they buy a lot of the food in. All I buy are my smokes.
I hate baked beans, I love Marmite. Any offers on the Bovril?
